About Danny Ko

Danny came to New Zealand in the year 1989, since then he has participated in many land & development and construction works due to the nature of his family business. In the year 1997, he earned the qualification of the Real Estate Salesperson’s Certificate from Auckland Unitec Institute of Technology. During his study, he worked as the salesperson’s assistant at LJ Hooker Real Estate Company in Epsom.

After graduated from the University of Auckland, Danny went back to his beloved home country in Taiwan where he worked as the construction engineering supervisor for two years. After that, he moved back to New Zealand, and due to his working experience and education background, he found a job as a project manager in which he participated in many subdivision projects in Auckland and Tauranga. One of the remarkable projects that he has completed is residential subdivision Tauranga project ‘The Waterside Ridge Estate’ which it consisted a total of 176 sections (2002-2004).

In the year 2005, he worked as a real estate salesperson at the First National Real Estate Company in Tauranga. On top of that, he has also completed the Real Estate Agent Programme in the year 2007. After that, he joined one of the Ray White Real Estate Company in Mount Roskill, Auckland.

In the year 2012, he became a residential developer. He was granted the certificates of Applied Technology Carpentry (2013) and Carpentry of National Certificate (2016) in the Auckland Unitec Institute of Technology.

Soon after, he joined Jameslaw. Due to his professional knowledge in real estate as well as construction industries for more than 20 years of experience, he is the right person to provide his professional advice and solutions to all of his clients. According to Danny, choosing the proper real estate marketing strategy is the key to a successful investment.
